Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery across Morocco on most orders.
In some cases, a small delivery fee may apply depending on your location — the exact amount will always be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

Delivery Times

🕒 Standard Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days across Morocco.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Our delivery partners will contact you by phone before arrival to ensure smooth delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours after confirmation.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation message or call from our delivery team.

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), please keep your phone available to confirm delivery.

Possible Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, minor delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Courier company delays

• National holidays or exceptional circumstances

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If our courier is unable to reach you after several attempts, or if your address details are incorrect, your order may be returned to us.
